Smart camera tc200

I've got a smart camera tc200 it don't a software update and not just get a Red flashing light and it don't come up in the internet list to connect it I've tried resetting it loads of times but no joy

Hi,
Please check if your model number is Tapo C200 rather than TC200. We do not have a camera whose model number is TC200.
If the camera has a flashing red light and does not respond to the reset operation(press the reset button for 10s), you can troubleshoot refer to the following instructions: What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?
