Tenho 4 cams TC70 em casa e deixei de conseguir ver live pelos dados móveis fora de casa, tive um problema no router que foi resolvido mas tive que reinstalar as cams novamente na rede, mas agora só consigo ver quando estou em casa pela rede wifi e deixei de conseguir ver fora de casa pela rede móvel, há alguma forma de resolver esse problema?

You can refer to Part 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot when you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. The LED status on the camera.
  2. What's the model number of your router?
  3. Please reboot the router, reboot the camera, and check if the problem is solved.
  4. You can try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it, and check if you can control the camera remotely.
