Tapo C200 cloud service
I am currently subscribed to the Tapo Care premium Plan and have two active cameras shared with multiple users. I noticed that the shared users can no longer access cloud recordings or playback

Hi,
The shared account has limited access to the Tapo camera functions. It's currently unable to access the cloud video clips.
For the feature request to be able to access the cloud video clips with a shared account, you can vote and leave your usage scenario in the thread "grant/deny permissions for a shared device" for evaluation.
