Tapo C210 - no offline status

I have a C210 and a C410. When the Wi-Fi is down, the app shows C410 is offline, but not C210. This indicates an inconstancy in their ability of detecting online status. Though this is a minor thing, they still should do the right thing.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue for further analysis.
1. Are the Tapo C210 and C410 connected to the same router's same Wi-Fi network?
2. When the Wi-Fi is down, is your phone connected to the same router's Wi-Fi as the camera?
3. Have you tried to refresh the page on the Tapo app and check if the Tapo C210 will change its status? If it's online on the Tapo app, can you watch its live feed or change other settings?
4. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date.
Best Regards

Hi,
Thanks for your speedy attention.
1. Yes, both Tapo C210 and C410 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (I am using my phone's hotspot as the Wi-Fi for both C210 and C410).
2. When the Wi-Fi is down, which I mean to turn off the hotspot, my phone is still connected to the internet. I understand my configuration is not very common, but it works.
3. Refreshing the page on the Tapo app won't change C210 status. It still shows "Tap to refresh" without showing it is off line. Of course there is no live feed.
4. The Tapo app is up to date.
The issue is: why C210 and C410 have different behaviour? They have the same Wi-Fi (hotspot on my phone) connection, but only C410 shows the right status.

Hi,
1. Have you downloaded the Tapo app on your iOS or Android phone? Please send me the Tapo app version.
2. Is the Tapo C210 still showing online in the Tapo app? Or does it go offline a few minutes after you turn off the hotspot Wi-Fi?
If the Tapo C210 display online until now, it may be connected to another Wi-Fi network rather than your hotspot Wi-Fi. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to see the connected Wi-Fi name and signal strength.

1. The app on my Android phone is of version 3.10.513.
2. C210 shows online even 10 minutes after I turned off the Wi-Fi (my phone's hotspot). When I click the camera, it shows "Tap to refresh" after a while struggling to make a connection. Then I click back to the home screen, it still shows online. It is not connected to any Wi-Fi and signal is not an issue (as it has no Wi-Fi). However, after I come back from "Device Info", it shows offline status.
It definitely appeats to be a bug somewhere. C410 does a good job: as soon as I turn off the Wi-Fi (hotspot), its status changes to offline in 2 seconds.

Hi,
In this situation, please refer to the following steps to collect the app log and send it to us for further analysis.
1. Click here to download and install the Tapo debug app(Tapo Trial app) on your phone. If you can't download the app after clicking the link, please copy the URL of the link and paste it into the browser of your phone to download the app.
2. Try to reproduce the problem on the Tapo Trial app.
3. After the problem is reproduced, go to the Tapo app > Me > About page, click the Tapo icon 10 times(please agree if it requests storage permission so that the log can be saved to local storage on the phone), and the log will be imported to the mobile phone directory-TPLINK folder.
4. Click the Share button to send us the files for analysis.

@Solla-topee Thank you very much for offering the help.
Since it is a minor issue to me, I won't bother to go through many steps of debugging.
