No recording on my Tapo C200
Hello.
I am having no recording issue on my tapo c200. This is my 3rd time of having this issue.
When i checked the memory card section on setting, the memory seems to full but i already turn on the Loop recording button.
I am also unable to format memory card from the tapo apps.
There is error notification stated "this card unusually expand that could jeopardize the data".
For my previous solution i just changed to new sd card for 3 times. I am not spending more money for more sd card. I think the main issue is from tapo camera itself that ruined the sd card.
Info : i used sandisk sd car which suggested from tapo website.

Hi,
Typically, the camera won't ruin an inserted SD card, however, some SD cards may not be suited for the situation to write and read data frequently and it's not suited to be used on a camera, so we recommended to use the SD card listed on the compatibility list in the following instructions. As you can see in the instructions, the SanDisk Extreme Pro v30 128G SD card is not on the compatibility list.
What type of microSD card does Tapo/Kasa Camera support?
Please confirm the following information if you are willing to troubleshoot the reported issue.
1. What's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo C200?
2. What's the model number and capacity of the other two SD cards?
3. It's recommended to test your SD card by referring to the instructions below and sending us the test results.

4. You can try to format the SanDisk SD card on your computer, insert it into your camera, and then refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.

@Solla-topee 1. Hrdware Version 3.0, Firmware Version- 1.4.1
2. Previous Sd card was 64gb (Sandisk Extreme Pro V30)
3. SD Card is genuine (checked and confirmed) plus i bought from brand's official store.
4. Done it multiple times already now. Still doesn't resolve the problem. The camera stops recording once the capacity is full eventhough loop recording is enabled.
