Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.8

Got a message stating camera offline and asking to remedy, depending on what let's are flashing.

However away for 3 weeks.

Should I go home again to remedy.

Have another camera in adjoining room which is working fine.

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if it is convenient for you.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. The LED status on the camera when it's offline: Red/ Flashing Green/ Solid Green, etc.

  2. The model number of your Wi-Fi router and your network topology, e.g., ISP Spectrum-Archer C7 router<Wireless> Tapo cam.

  3. How often does the issue happen? How can you restore the connection, such as rebooting/resetting the camera?

  4. When the camera is working, go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. You can try to move the camera closer to the router if the RSSI value is weak(< -70 dBm).

Best Regards
