I can't use any of the camera settings, it's showing as "no permission to use". I can use things like pan and tilt etc from main navigation panel, but nothing in the settings apart from accessing Q&As and this community. Help!

Hi,
From your description, it should be that the camera is shared with your account by the owner. The shared account can't change the camera settings. Below are the instructions to share a camera.
