@Solla-topee ,  Hello my friend, thank you for the information but it did not solve my problem, the c210 camera does not display an image in any way, I did all possible procedures, such as resetting the camera, restarting the modem, updating the application, the firmware and no video. What I think is that the camera even when the green light turns on and responds to the remote movement controls the video does not work. At first I thought it was the tapo app, however my other camera the C200 works perfectly in the application. I think I lost this camera.
