Tenho 2 câmeras c200 e c210 e a câmera C210 não aparece imagem no aplicativo TAPO, esse problema começou hoje 22 de Maio 2025. Já atualizei o app, já resetei a câmera e nada.

If your problem is that the Tapo C210 shows online on the Tapo app but fails to load the live view page, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?

  @Solla-topeeHello my friend, thank you for the information but it did not solve my problem, the c210 camera does not display an image in any way, I did all possible procedures, such as resetting the camera, restarting the modem, updating the application, the firmware and no video. What I think is that the camera even when the green light turns on and responds to the remote movement controls the video does not work. At first I thought it was the tapo app, however my other camera the C200 works perfectly in the application. I think I lost this camera.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1. What's the MAC address of your Tapo C210? You can send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
 

  2. Could you please send us a picture of the camera's Live View page? 

 

  3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? Please try to watch the camera's live feed on a different phone if you have one and check if it helps.
