C210 stopped recording to cloud
Hi, I noticed that my camera had stopped recording to cloud a few days ago. (I use it for security being a single female living alone)
I tried all the usual, checked its all up to date. Rebooted it several times, rebooted router, I receive notifications of movement (none of the motion settings have been changed) also checked alarm is working but Still unable to record to cloud. Live view is perfect, no issues with sound/video quality
I've literally gone through all the settings switching them off then back on again.
it's in my list for Tapo care (I've 5 cameras) they all work fine.
ive removed the camera from my ceiling and it's beside me.
please help, I've been trying to fix this for hours.
