Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.3

Basically the floodlight is constantly lit up and flickering randomly.

Checked voltages, redid connections.

Reinstalled apps, cleared cache, reset camera, adjusted all settings to completely disable floodlight and turn off all detection.

Absolutely nothing I do will stop it.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions here to troubleshoot: What can I do if the Tapo C720's Floodlight is abnormally flickering?
