Hello i have tha camera installed outside and set the alarm to light only at night when it detects humans. Only light is set not sound.  I get no light when persons are detected! And it detects a lot. but no light! The leds are working. I can switch them on normaly manually. Any opinions?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and check what detection types are enabled. 


  2. If you have enabled the Notification feature, can you receive person-detected notifications when persons are detected?


  3. Please send me a picture of the camera's Device Settings > Alarm page and the Alarm Event Type page. 


  4. If you change the Alarm Type to Sound & Light, will you receive a sound and light alarm when the camera detects person?
