Camera shows as online in the app but no live view
Hi,
just bought the C51A a few days ago and ever since setting it up, the camera seems to lose the live connection. It shows as online in the app, the LED is solid green and I receive notifications but it won't show me live footage. Once I restart the camera, I usually have live view for as long as I keep the app open but once I close the app and restart the app again it won't connect to the live view.
The issue persists across all devices where I try to pull up the footage (phone, tablet, Amazon Echo).
The 3 other cameras on site don't have this issue.
