Hola.

Tengo un problema con la cámara y la tarjeta SD.

Cuando inserto la tarjeta la reconoce bien, la puedo formarear sin problema y todo correcto. Pero en el caso que haya un corte de corriente o reinicie la cámara, ya no detecta que tiene una tarjeta dentro por lo que tengo que sacar y meter la tarjeta manualmente de nuevo para que la detecte.

 

Es un problema porque si no estoy en casa y se va la corriente, ya no puedo grabar.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1. What's the model number and capacity of the microSD card?

 

  2. If you have a different SD card, please test if the same issue occurs after inserting it into the camera.
 
  3. Do you have the reported issue when you reboot the camera via the Tapo app?

 

  4. Please refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log after reproducing the issue for further analysis.
      How to get the log of Tapo Camera
