Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to establish the RTSP/Onvif connection.
What can I do if I fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the above instructions do not provide sufficient assistance.
1. What third-party app are you using to establish the RTSP connection with the camera?
2. Do you mean that devices 1 and 2 can stream the camera via RTSP protocol successfully, but not the third device?
3. What RTSP URL have you used for channels 1, 2, and 3?
4. Please describe your network topology in detail. For example, do the devices stream the camera via an RTSP connection in the same network as the camera? Can they successfully ping the camera's IP address?
Best Regards

So I was under the thought that there was 3 different stream resolutions but maybe there is only 2?
I have set the stream/channel to 2 where in my Android app TinyCam Pro, that were set to stream/channel 3 for years previously. This was the same for 2 different cameras.
Since the firmware update, when it was set to 3, the video feed was solid grey and audio only. Not sure if this is the intended behaviour now? This seems to try use stream8 in the URL
Either way I have set to stream/channel 2 which is 640x480, which I presume is the lowest resolution it can produce?

Hi,
Typically, we provide the following RTSP live stream URLs for Tapo cameras only. In your situation, you can try the following URLs to check if you can establish a successful RTSP connection.
For high quality stream1: rtsp://IP Address/stream1
For low quality stream2: rtsp:// IP Address/stream2
On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, you can see the highest and lowest resolutions supported by the camera.
