Camera not charging
Camera disconnected from the app one day saying it was out of charge, had it on charge for over a week and still won't turn incant even reset as it says its dead, I've tried hard resetting the hub and all and that still doesn't work

1. What are the model number, hardware, and firmware versions of your camera?
2. What's the LED status on the camera? Such as solid green, flashing red, no light, etc.
3. Have you powered on the camera with the original power adapter and power cord?
4. Do you reset the camera by pressing and holding the reset button for 10 seconds?
