Hello,
I have two problems
1. In my app, I see a time difference of 30 mins, to what's recorded and the actual app timings
2. How can I monitor things thru web login, instead of only app based approach

If a power adapter or electric wires power your Tapo cameras, you can stream the camera on a PC via an RTSP/Onvif connection. Below are the instructions.

For the situation that the video clips display an incorrect time on the Playback > Cloud page, please ensure your Tapo app is up to date. The new Tapo app(ver.3.13.109) has resolved the reported case.

Please confirm the following information for further analysis of the reported issue.
1. What are the model number, firmware, and hardware version of your camera?
2. Could you please send us the pictures showing the reported time difference issue?
3. If you have a Tapo camera, it does not support viewing via web UI. Do you want to stream it on a PC?

Pls see attached screenshot where I see the time difference. The one actually recording says the correct time, but the playback gives a wrong time, exactly behind 30 mins.
