Offline mode without reason, any fix?
Without any reason, the CCTV sometimes offline for hour.
Start 2 days ago, the CCTV keep offline untill now.
Can't do anything since we are far away at outstation...

@LeonhartLeong I've been having major issues with my C420s and doorbell. Same offline issues. Also, I've had the hub freak out.
I think the H200 hub is part of the problem for me. It has been freezing when people press the doorbell and I've not been able to view any camera when I need to.

Hi,
If you are away from the camera, please check if your router is working. If so, reboot your router and check if the camera will be back online.
There are other actions that can be taken, but only when you can physically access the camera, such as rebooting it.
