Hi,
If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service and enabled the notification feature, but no video clips are stored on our cloud server, and you can't receive any detection notifications, it may be that the camera's Detection feature does not work. The camera can't detect events, so no notifications can be received or videos stored.

 

You can follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.
