Tapo Camera Playback & Downloads Snapshots
Has anyone else had problems with the playback and download snapshots being incorrect, the little snapshot preview images are completely incorrect. As you can see I've clicked on one that shows a car missing from the video but when I click to view the video the car is in fact there.

We have new firmware for the Tapo C310 V2 regarding the reported phenomenon. You can email us with the subject line "[Forum ID 826532] + Tapo C310 V2, Playback & Downloads Snapshots" and provide the following information if you would like to try the firmware.
1. The MAC address of the camera
2. A screenshot of the camera's Playback & Download > Playback page that shows the reported phenomenon.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
(3) Firmware downgrade is not supported. When a new official version is released, updating it will overwrite the beta version.

again it repeats the same screenshot.

Hi,
It seems that your camera updated to firmware version 1.1.3, and then the reported phenomenon reappeared.
A new firmware has been pushed to your camera. Please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps. If so, on the camera's Device Settings > Firmware Update > Auto Update page, it's suggested to turn off the Auto Update option.
