Cant access Tapo camera using tapo application remotely
I have Tapo c210, 211 and 310 cameras connected to vigi nvr. I can access them remotely using vigi application but not using tapo app, asking because i need to use two way talk which is only possible via tapo app, as i cant use mic feature using vigi application on the cameras, it says talk to nvr where i dont have mic setup and talk to ipc is disabled as these are wifi cameras.
I have spoken to customer care twice, they informed me to change dns to google server and disable router firewall which i did and then again i readded all the cameras to tapo application again and for a week it worked but now again its same problem. If i stay home and connect to wifi network of cameras i can access them using tapo app but not remotely.

Hi,
It may be the settings on your router block the camera from connecting to the internet or our cloud server so you can't control it remotely via the Tapo app. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
What's the model number of your router?
What's the camera's MAC address? You can send it to me (@Solla-topee) via private message.

@Solla-topee yes i did the same of resetting camera and then connecting to different network and back. It did work for a week but now again same.
Primary router - Archer c20, created a extended network using Wr820n and then this router used for cameras to connect - TL WR820N

If you factory reset a camera(such as the Tapo C210) and connect it to the primary router's(Archer C20) Wi-Fi directly, can you control the camera remotely in the Tapo app?

@Solla-topee yes it worked when it was directly connected to c20 and without nvr.
Now that i have connected wr820n and vigi nvr to c20 and cameras to wr820n, remote control using tapo app stopped. It says offline

If the TL-WR820N works in the Router mode, please change it to AP mode and check if it helps.

Please confirm whether you have an internet connection when connecting to the TL-WR820N's Wi-Fi when the camera shows offline on the Tapo app.
If so, refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.

Yes the TL- Wr820n does has internet connection, my mobile does connect to it when im near to that router and i can access the cameras on tapo app and are online. And once i turn on my mobile data, the cameras go into offline mode in TAPO app

The camera displays online on the Tapo app when your phone connects to the TL-WR820N's Wi-Fi does not mean the phone has an internet connection because, in this case, the phone and camera are on the same network, and you can control the camera locally in the app, which does not require an internet connection.
Please visit another website or watch a video on YouTube when your phone is connected to the TL-WR820N's Wi-Fi to check if the phone has an internet connection. If so, refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.

@Solla-topee sorry, i did also meant that if my mobile connects to TL-wr820n router which the cameras are connected, can access anything on the internet- browsing, watching videos and all.
