Cant access Tapo camera using tapo application remotely

I have Tapo c210, 211 and 310 cameras connected to vigi nvr. I can access them remotely using vigi application but not using tapo app, asking because i need to use two way talk which is only possible via tapo app, as i cant use mic feature using vigi application on the cameras, it says talk to nvr where i dont have mic setup and talk to ipc is disabled as these are wifi cameras.
I have spoken to customer care twice, they informed me to change dns to google server and disable router firewall which i did and then again i readded all the cameras to tapo application again and for a week it worked but now again its same problem. If i stay home and connect to wifi network of cameras i can access them using tapo app but not remotely.

If an SD card is inserted into your camera, please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera
Your cameras Tapo C210 and C211 do not have the latest firmware; please turn off the TL-WR820N, factory reset the cameras, reconfigure them, and connect them to the Archer C20's Wi-Fi.
If they can be controlled remotely, try updating the firmware of these cameras to the latest version, then check if this resolves the issue.
