H200 Smart Hub not linking to TAPO smart devices
My TAPO H200 Smart Hub suddenly lost all communications with all of my (9) Smart Tapo Devices from 12 June 2025. It was working perfectly until then.
All attempts to resolve the issue with multiple software and factory resets both personally and with TAPO support have failed. Still waiting for resolution from TAPO.
Has anyone else experienced the same or similar issues?

What error did you receive when pairing the devices to the hub? What Tapo sub-g devices do you have?
Please share some detailed information from the configuration process, such as the status of the hub and sub-device LEDs before and during the configuration.

Hi Wayne thanks for the reply. I have logged a fault with ticket no: TKID250631267 and Graham H at TP-Link support is looking at the logs for this but seems strange as the Hub does connect to network/App but refuses to connect to any local TAPO device. Maybe a software issue??

Well, we can't tell what the cause is without further analysis. Since you've already been in contact with the support team, share us the updates if there are any progress!

@Wayne-TP TAPO Team were unable to find any software issues and have concluded that there was a hardware failure and are replacing my hub. Hopefully this will be the resolution. Will try to update here when the new hub is in place.
