Model: Tapo C211
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.6

The latest firmware update 1.4.6 has fixed the up/down movement on my C211 camera, the last update would not let me move the camera down in the app I had to do it manually, so it appears that there was a problem with the last update after all.

  @Solla-topee The problem with the up/down movement is NOW FIXED with the new firmware update. The previous update stopped the camera initialisation from power on and wouldn't move down on the arrows in the app, I used to push the lens down manually. All ok now.

  @Donski

Hi,
Is the problem that when you go to the Tapo app > camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page, you can't tilt down the camera's lens, but you can tilt down the camera's lens with your hand?

If so, do error messages appear on the Tapo app when you tilt down the camera's lens via the Pan & Tilt feature?

Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page and tap the Pan & Tilt correction feature. Will the camera pan and tilt properly? After that, can you tilt down the camera in the app?

Best Regards
