Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

My Tapo C200 has been working well for years. I found the 2 cameras went offline and would not reconnect. I have reset the cameras, split bands on my router and tried to pair both cameras and failed.

Any ideas on how to resolve and reconnect my cameras to the WiFi.

i have followed all the troubleshoot documents, videos and forums

Hi,
If you fail to configure your camera, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If the problem persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. The LED status on the Tapo C200.
  2. The model number of your router. Does your router have different 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi names? Do you have internet when connecting to the 2.4G Wi-Fi?
  3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.

Best Regards
