Hi,

I normally get charged Php580 for my Tapo Care subscription. This month though I was changed more, Php649.60? I'm using Tapo on Android and payment was processed via Google I have canceled my subscription now because there's no way to turn off the autorenewal option without canceling the subscription. My question, how do I clarify what happened on why I was changed more than the regular rate?
