My Tapo C200 is not working after Firmware update. Its not even switching off.
It took so long to get updated but then never started back.
Kindly support to suggest how can be it resolved.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the LED status on the camera, such as flashing red, solid red, solid green, etc.?
2. If you press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, does the LED change during the reset process?
If your camera does not respond to the reset operation, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.
