Alexa can't connect to c200

Using my Amazon FireTV I cannot connect to my Tapo C200. I can connect to the C225 and C520WS, but not my C200. All cameras are on the same network. Is this a C200 issue?

@Solla-topee I followed the instructions and everything works fine in the Alexa app on my phone, but the C200 cameras will not show a live view on my TV.
Error message...My FireTV tries to connect with the C200 and after about 30 seconds of showing a "Waiting for Tapo" screen, says that the camera isn't responding.
Troubleshooting...I removed the camera from my Tapo app and added it back. Once successfully added, Alexa notified me that a new device was added and that skills was added for it.
Again, on my phone only, it shows a live view. I can set up routines where the Alexa app will turn on lights when the camera sees motion, and that works. Clearly this is something that the C200 cannot do with the TV. Maybe because it's a 4k TV?

@Solla-topee update...Alexa still won't connect to my C200, but it will with the other Tapo cameras. Instead, I have downloaded NVMS 2.0 which allows me to view and control all the cameras from my PC which is connected to my TV. It would have been nice to view the camera feed with a simple voice command, but this works too. If there's a fix or a reason the C200 won't connect with Alexa, I'd still be interested in knowing.
