Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

Please confirm the following information if the tips do not work.
  1. What's the camera's hardware version?
  2. Have you tried factory resetting the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, and then reconfiguring the camera?
  3. If your router's Wi-Fi uses the same name and password for both the 2.4G and 5G networks, it's recommended to set a different name and password for the 2.4G network to try.
  4. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.

Best Regards
