What to do if the camera c200 does not move vertically?

You can follow the steps below and check if they are helpful.
1. Try to reboot the camera.
2. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button, and check if the camera will tilt.
3. If the above two steps do not work, try to tilt the camera with your hand to check for anything obstructing the camera's movement.
4. If not, press the reset button for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, and then check if the camera will tilt.
