Firmware version
I am confused as I have 2 c220 cameras all with hardware version 1
Only one of them was updated to 1.3.1 and I can use with the H500.
the other 2 are running on 1.2.5. and I can't integrate them to the H500.
but why are they not updating to the 1.3.1?

Hi All,
Currently, the latest firmware of the Tapo C220 V1 is 1.3.2 Build 250610 Rel.61762n, and it's fully rolled out. This firmware supports the feature to work with the Tapo hub (such as H200 and H500). Please update it via the Tapo app and enjoy the new features.

Hi @Florian15,
Tp-link guys usually communicate in this forum that, firmware update is being released gradually, some devices can't detect it. They suggest us wait patiently for the new firmware to be released to our camera(s).
Probably, this is what you can do...

@SecCamFan thanks for your answer! I was reading this somewhere already. But if the Hardware version is the same, shouldn't be the firmware version same? I am a bit disappointed because I can't use two C220 on the H500, but according to their list, they are already supported.

Hi @Florian15,
This can be real expectation.
I also would see the same version on all cameras from the same type and HW version.
I think many things can happen during the rollout of new FWs, e.g increased load on cloud side, unexpected issue with the new version or it's application on the device...
I don't really know, because I'm not a TP-Link guy. These are my personal thoughts.
