Tapo C222 Audio is very low when call from app

Audio sound from C222 is very low when trying to speak using call feature from Tapo App. We are hardly able to hear voice from the device.
Alarm sound is good but unable to hear voice when try to call using call feature from Tapo App.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the low audio phenomenon.
1. When using the Call feature, please clarify whether you are experiencing low volume while watching the camera's live feed in the Tapo app, or if the sound from the camera is low when you are standing in front of it.
2. If the sound from the camera is low when you are standing in front of it, please check how far away you are from the camera.
3. Please record the camera's alarm sound and the sound when using the Call feature in the same usage scenario (when standing in front of the camera or in the Tapo app), then send the video to us for further analysis. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

There is a settings button on voice call screen you can use for control the volume of the mic and speaker.

Microphone setting is already set to max. Please check attached screen shot.
However my screen looks different from the screenshot you shared,

Microphone setting you mention, controls let's say the sensitivity of the camera's microphone and makes playback volume higher at phone's side.
Highlighted the voice call settings with red color in your screenshot.
