Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

After 8 mos.of using my Tapoo C200, I tried to reset it since it keeps on saying offline eventhough we have an internet. But when I reset it, it says cannot find my wifi so I manually add the wifi name with 2.4, still the same problem. I uninstalled, re installed,,Restart the modem, restart my phone, try other phone, but sadly nothing happened.

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot when failing to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

If the above tips do not work, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please ensure the Tapo C200 is removed from the Tapo app.
  2. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset, then check the LED status on the camera. Is the LED flashing red and green? Can you find the default SSID of the camera when configuring it?
  3. Can you detect other Wi-Fi networks when configuring the camera? You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can find the hotspot Wi-Fi when configuring the camera. If so, test if you can set up the camera successfully when connecting to the hotspot Wi-Fi.

Best Regards
