I have 20 cameras in 3 different homes. Some cameras are showing up in the wrong house. How do I move them from one house/grouo to another

Hi @Twistof8,

 

Here you can create new room.

 

Once you added a new room, the app will ask which device you want to move.

 

If you already have the necessary rooms set, you can easily move devices by long-tap, then relocate button will appear in the bottom of the screen.

@SecCamFan Thank you for sharing the instructions.

Just a reminder: After long-tapping a Tapo device and tapping Relocate to relocate it to a different home, please select a home in the top left corner, then select a room under the home to relocate the device.
