Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello,

since the last firmware update my two C200's disconnect themselves from the wifi after a few hours.

We're running them on a Technicolor (Telus) Router and haven't had an issue before last week.

i have to reboot the router to be able to pair both cameras and to get them functional.

Ine camera was bought 3 years ago, the other one in January this year.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?

If the above tips do not work, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. The LED status on the camera when it loses connection.
  2. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value when the camera works.
  3. Reboot the camera after it loses connection and check if this resumes the connection.
  4. Is the camera connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
  5. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.

Best Regards
