If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. Please describe your network diagram, such as the internet -- wireless router )))((( cameras, phones, etc.
  2. What's the model number of your router? Are your cameras connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE？
  3. What's the LED status on the cameras when they lose connection?
  4. How often does the disconnect phenomenon occur?
