Can’t connect C425 cameras to H500

I have these C425 cameras connected to the same Deco mesh IoT network as H500, but I cannot connect them due to "Not on the same network" error when trying to add existing devices.
Is there a way to resolve this issue

Thank you for the response. I figured out the problem and it was totally my own fault. I had used the Deco isolation feature for the cameras but had forgotten the whole thing. Therefore the H500 hub could not communicate with the cameras. 🤦
I now isolated the hub as well, and everything works as expected. Also when using the Deco IoT network.
Apologies for the inconvenience!

Please verify the the same error occurs when configuring through both paths: camera settings and hub settings. [Guide] How to Store Tapo Camera or Doorbell's Videos to a Tapo Smart Hub
Check the result is the same when Try to connect the camera to the main wifi, see if that works. Wire the H500 to a satellite Deco and try to do the setup again.
