1. What's the LED status on the camera when the disconnect phenomenon occurs?
2. How do you restore the camera's connection?
3. Do you have a stable connection when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi? Please describe your network diagram, such as the internet -- Wi-Fi router )))((( Tapo camera, phones, etc.
4. Is the camera connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
5. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the connection is stable.
