Patrol mode detection
While patrol mode is on in tapo c220 it doesn't detecti motion or person it just rotates.
Is it normal or does it need fixing
Or will it only monitor the set points and not jn between

Hi,
Thank you for the information provided.
When the Tapo C220's patrol mode is enabled and rotates between the marked positions, the detection feature won't take effect. The detection feature will work after the camera stops rotating.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information about your camera.
1. What's the firmware and hardware version of your Tapo C220?
2. Do you mean your camera does not detect motion and person after enabling the patrol mode, no matter whether it's rotating or stops temporarily at a marked position?
3. On the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, what detection types are enabled, and what are the sensitivity values of the enabled detection types? Is the Detection Zone set to "Set for All," and is the whole screen detection zone?

@Solla-topee it detects only when it stops and not while rotating.
