Tapo C100 keep disconnecting
I bought 5 c100 2 weeks ago from Amazon, 3 installed under wifi 6e surrounding. Every 2 days at most all three disconnected automatically and I have to unplug & plug in but no more than 2 days will disconnect again. I don't have such many 2.4g devices home so what's the interference source could be or deficiency of itself. Anyone else got the same here?

Hi,
You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if your Tapo camera keeps losing connection.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection?
If the same disconnect phenomenon occurs, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your Wi-Fi router? Please describe your router's 2.4G Wi-Fi settings.
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
3. What's the LED status on the camera when it loses connection? Are the cameras connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
4. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Reboot page, try to enable the Auto Reboot feature, and check if it helps.
Best Regards

Any News? I have exact the same Problem. Also Changed already the cams. I have 4 C100, each of them have the Problem. It must be an Bug, because Same issue also on different Networks. So its no problem of my network setting....
The cams Than all Shown as offline in the app. Only replug the wire helps. Sometimes the problem is 2 or 3 times a day, with many luck only each 2 days. So its not useable:-(
TP Support Only wrote the Same as in this Thread. But it has no Effect!
I really hope for an very soon fix!

Hi,
Thank you for your cooperation. Please also provide the following information about the offline phenomenon, along with the camera log.
1. What's the model number of your Wi-Fi router? Please describe your router's 2.4G Wi-Fi settings.
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI value is less than -70 dBm, please move the camera close to the router and check if it helps.

Hi,
Please send me the ticket ID so I can forward it to the relevant team to further assist you.
What's the camera's MAC address for which you collected the log? You can send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
Btw, have you confirmed the Wi-Fi connection from your router is stable?
Best Regards
