"Request for Technical Improvement in C211 Camera Detection Function"
"Topo technical team is requested to take measures to improve the detection of C 211 camera, it does not detect properly even during day time then what can be expected from it at night.I am sharing a footage with you in which you can see that a person is passing in front of the camera but the camera is not recognizing him as a person.After that the person again comes out of the front of the room, he also stands in front of the camera for about one and a half minutes but the camera does not want to consider him as a person.You tell me, when it is not able to detect a person visible in clear image during day time then it is useless to have any expectations from it during night time.I have seen this many times when it does not detect any person.I tried every possible way to make it better but unfortunately this camera remains in the same useless condition. I think the Tapo technical team needs to pay a lot of attention to this" People keep passing in front of the camera but the camera is unable to identify whether it is a human being or an object.
