Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.3 Build 250228 Rel.56467n

Hello, I have 3 Tapo camera, 2-(C520WS) and 1-(C510W). I have them install for at least 2 years without problems. For the last 6 months some hacker are trying to connect to my C510W at least once a week. My router is always blocking them and warning me that I should restart the camera and check to see if there's a new firmware for the camera. There hasn't been any software update in many months. I would like to know if there is something else I should do? And if anyone else is having the same problem ? Note that this is never happening on the other 2 camera or any other things connected to my network. Thank you, sorry for my english, I am french Canadian...

Hi,
To ensure only your device can access your cameras in the Tapo app, we suggest trying the following tips.
1. Refer to the following instructions to stop camera sharing.
How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with family
2. On the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Camera Account page, turn off the Camera Account option.
3. Change the password of your TP-Link account.
4. Enable the 2FA feature on the Tapo app to protect your account.

From the current description, it is hard to determine whether the hacker's behavior is related to the Tapo C510W firmware. It's suggested to contact technical support with the following information for further assistance.
1. What's your router's model number, firmware, and hardware version?
2. The screenshots showing that hackers are trying to connect to your Tapo C510W and the warning you received.
3. If any information or evidence shows that the hacker's behavior is related to the Tapo C510W firmware, please provide it to our support team.
