Microphone faulty
Just recently installed the tc60 indoor camera and the microphone isnt working just crackling noises have check all connections are in and nothing is in the way of the microphone

Hi,
If you can't hear sound from the camera on its Live View page in the Tapo app when someone talks in front of the camera, please try the following suggestions.
1. Adjust the volume of the camera's microphone to the maximum.
2. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker on the camera.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception.
4. Check if your phone is in silent mode and increase the media volume.
If the same behavior persists, please try factory resetting the camera, and reconfiguring it, then check if the camera's microphone is working.
