If you fail to configure the camera after a factory reset, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the same behavior, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your wireless router? Do you have an internet connection when connecting to the router?
2. What error message appears on the Tapo app when configuring the camera? What's the LED change on the camera when configuring it?
3. Please press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the LED is flashing red and green, please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, configure the camera with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
