My tapo c200 

When the camera is recording video, something like a lag happens, and the image freezes in the video.

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.

 

  1. What are the camera's firmware and hardware versions?

  2. Are the video recordings stored on our cloud server or the SD card inserted into the camera?

  3. Would you please send us a video showing the reported phenomenon? You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.

Hi,
Thank you for providing the information. 


  1. Do you see the same behavior when watching the camera's live feed?
  2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page to select a low resolution and check if it helps.
  3. On the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please tap the Wi-Fi icon and check the RSSI value. If the RSSI value is less than -70 dBm, please move the camera closer to the router and check if it helps.
