I cannot for the life of me share my device to my partner's email. I have registered her and everytime I use the app to share the device it just says Network Unstable, Please Try Again Later... There is definitely lots of network here... not sure what is going on.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.


  1. Ensure your Tapo app is up-to-date. If it isn't, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to see if that helps.
  2. Please confirm that both your phone and the camera have an active internet connection. You can stream the camera on your phone via mobile data and check if there is no problem.
  3. Reboot your router and the camera, then check if you can share the camera successfully.
