Hi I'm having problems with my Tapo C100 indoor camera, it isn't always picking everything up it is only picking up sporadically. It worked fine when I first got it but has been like it is now for a few weeks now.

Has as none had this problem? And if so how did you fix it?

Hi,
Does the Tapo C100 not record continuously? If so, please confirm the following information.

 

  1. Have you inserted an SD card into the camera to record videos? Or has the camera subscribed to the Tapo Care server?
  2. Please refer to the instructions below to check if the recording feature is configured correctly on the camera with an inserted SD card.
      How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
  3. Please describe the problem phenomenon in detail for further assistance. For example, what do you mean that the camera is only picking up sporadically?

 

If it's not your case, please describe your case in detail for further assistance.
