Hi Team,

 

I bought this new Tapo C212 on 5th August (yesterday) and since I've set this camera, it goes offline frequently. Even though it comes back online itself but my concern is that it should not go offline at all. When it goes offline, I can see a red color led light.

 

My signal strength is -41db. I haven't activated the Tapo care or inserted any microsd card yet. 
 

can you please help resolve this issue at the earliest?

It's hard to say that the camera causes the offline phenomenon from the information we have now. In this situation, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the offline behavior persists.
  1. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE?
  2. Do you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on the other client devices connected to the router's Wi-Fi?
  3. How often does the offline phenomenon occur?
  4. You can refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log for further analysis.
