Hello, 

 

I have a Tapo Link c200 camera in my flat abroad and a few days ago, unfortunately for some reason I lost the connection with it and it turned into offline in the app.

 

Is there is a way i can get the connection back without having to fly back abroad?

Hi,
If the camera is connected to a router that you can control remotely, please reboot the router and check if the camera will reconnect to it and display online again.
Or if you have a friend/family member close to your flat, you may ask for their help to try to reboot the camera.
