Hi, got a C410 outdoor camera with solar charging. Worked fine for a couple of weeks and then suddenly nothing. Shows as offline on the app, doesn't reset (no flashing lights or any lights at all). Have tried charging via plug but still nothing. It's covered by the solar panel against the elements and nothing on the casing looks like water has seeped in. At a loss as to what's occurred here! Has anyone had similar issues?

Hi,
Please refer to the instructions below to ensure that the camera is connected to the solar panel with the proper Waterproof Gasket.
How to connect Tapo Solar Panel to compatible Tapo devices with a proper Waterproof Gasket
 

If the solar panel is connected to the camera properly, please press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to perform a factory reset. If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you may contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
