I was raided by the thieves around 11am. There were 7 of them, and all of their faces are blurry. There is even one lady just standing there, but still it is blurry. See snap pictures below.

Please confirm the following information about the reported phenomenon.
1. On the Tapo app > camera's Live View page, what video quality/resolution value have you selected?
2. Please go to the camera's Playback page to download the corresponding video clips to your phone, then send us the videos for further analysis.
You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
